Grace is an integral part of the work that’s done behind the scenes and is always happy to go the extra mile to ensure our clients’ journey from offer acceptance through to completion is as seamless as possible. Grace is well known for her friendly manner, diligent approach, and first-class customer service. In her spare time, you’ll either find her at the gym or socialising with friends and family.

Hannah joined Ashtons in 2024, bringing with her 8 years of experience in the property industry, 7 of which specialising in sales progression. She is dedicated to helping buyers and sellers navigate one of life’s most challenging experiences, easing the stress to make their property journey as smooth as possible. For Hannah, the most rewarding part of her job is helping clients reach completion - a moment she describes as one of the best feelings in the world. Outside of work, she enjoys quality time with family and friends and is an avid gym goer training 4-5 times a week. Originally from Cambridgeshire, Hannah relocated to Hertfordshire two years ago.

Having passed our graduate programme in Client Services with flying colours, James was first promoted to Sales Negotiator before moving into a Sales Co-ordinator role based in our St Albans office, where he consistently delivers exceptional customer service. Away from the office, James enjoys socialising with friends and family and taking his dog on walks around Harpenden.

Willow joined our Sales Management team in 2025 bringing 2 years of experience in the property industry. She supports clients through every step of their property journey, from purchase to completion, and thrives in the industry's dynamic and fast-paced environment. While challenging at times, she finds the work incredibly rewarding. Originally from Australia, Willow moved to St Albans in 2024 and whilst not in the office enjoys traveling, socialising with friends and family, and unwinding at the pub or with a good movie or show.
