Alex joined our Marketing team in 2024 with over 20 years experience in the creative industry and has worked in corporate and advertising agencies, gaining expertise in marketing for the property sector. Alex studied Graphic Design and uses her creativity to visually bring properties to life. Alex is passionate about shaping clients’ emotional connections to homes through engaging visual storytelling. Outside of work, Alex enjoys interior design, cycling through Sherrardspark Woods, and spending time with family. A lifelong resident of Welwyn Garden City, Alex cherishes Hertfordshire's balance of greenery and convenience.
Emma has been a loyal member of the Ashtons team for 8 years and relishes the opportunity to meet new people and guide them through the house viewing process. She enjoys the team spirit amongst our viewing guide team and is a popular figure with clients and employees alike. Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with family and friends and is a keen astrologist!
As part of our sales progression team, Grace is committed to helping our clients through what can be one of the most stressful, yet exciting processes in life, moving home. Grace is an integral part of the work that’s done behind the scenes and is always happy to go the extra mile to ensure our clients’ journey from offer acceptance through to completion is as seamless as possible. Grace is well known for her friendly manner, diligent approach, and first-class customer service. In her spare time, you’ll either find her at the gym or socialising with friends and family.
Greg’s vast experience started with Hamptons over 30 years ago and for 18 years, he was an integral part of Ashtons, establishing us as market leaders and developing unparalleled understanding of the area. After an exciting opportunity in Dorset, we were delighted to welcome his energy and drive back in 2019.
Hannah joined Ashtons in 2024, bringing with her 8 years of experience in the property industry, 7 of which specialising in sales progression. She is dedicated to helping buyers and sellers navigate one of life’s most challenging experiences, easing the stress to make their property journey as smooth as possible. For Hannah, the most rewarding part of her job is helping clients reach completion - a moment she describes as one of the best feelings in the world. Outside of work, she enjoys quality time with family and friends and is an avid gym goer training 4-5 times a week. Originally from Cambridgeshire, Hannah relocated to Hertfordshire two years ago.
James joined our Harpenden team in 2024. Having graduated university with a 2:2 BA Hons in Leisure Planning and Tourism and a 9 year career in corporate travel he discovered his love for property. With 5 years experience in the property industry James is known for his friendly approach, he loves meeting new people and focuses on sharing his knowledge and advice with clients, expertly guiding them through their property journey. Outside of work, James stays active by running, playing football, and exercising to keep up with his young children. Originally from London, he has called Hertfordshire home for the last 11 years.
Jane is a Viewing Guide in our Harpenden office and loves her role as it combines her two favourite things: property and people! Jane loves that no two viewings are the same and having lived in Harpenden for most of her life, few know the area better than she does. Outside of the office, Jane holds a first-class honours degree in psychology, is a gym enthusiast and loves spending quality time with her young grandchildren.
A graduate of Nottingham Trent University, Jonny has a flair for sales and knows what it takes to provide clients with top notch customer service. A true grafter, Jonny uses his passion for helping people and skills at relationship building to make every transaction as seamless as possible and to make every client feel prioritised. Born and bred in Harpenden, he is passionate about giving back to his local area and community. Outside of work, Jonny enjoys all things sports and socialising with friends.
Judy has been a vital member of the Ashtons team for almost six years and currently works as a Viewing Guide in Harpenden. A local resident herself, she knows the area well and demonstrates her devotion to the local community by volunteering for numerous local initiatives.
Following a successful career in advertising, Kay joined Ashtons in 2001 and has been a valued member of the team ever since. Kay provides integral support to the Harpenden team, combining exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring a 5-star service is consistently delivered to clients.
Kirsty joined the team in 2020 bringing with her 8 years expertise. She started her career in Manchester where she managed a large portfolio of luxury city centre developments. Kirsty has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of lettings, priding herself on giving a friendly service and building long lasting relationships with landlords and tenants. When not in the office, Kirsty enjoys travelling with her family and socialising with friends.
Niamh joined our Client Services team in 2024, bringing a strong foundation in customer service. She has a passion for connecting with clients, building strong long-lasting relationships and takes pride in providing clients with valuable insights into the full range of services we offer. Her approachable nature and dedication make her an asset to the team. Outside of work, Niamh enjoys socializing with friends and family, reading and unwinding with a good colouring book!
