Colin’s lettings career began in North London in 2012 where he steadily worked his way up and honed his expertise before joining Ashtons in 2021 as Senior Lettings Associate & Valuer before being promoted to Lettings Manager. Colin brings a great deal of lettings experience to the role, and he loves meeting new people and being able to source the perfect home for his clients. When away from the office, avid Chelsea fan Colin can usually be found in the gym or enjoying a round of golf!
Emma has been a loyal member of the Ashtons team for 8 years and relishes the opportunity to meet new people and guide them through the house viewing process. She enjoys the team spirit amongst our viewing guide team and is a popular figure with clients and employees alike. Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with family and friends and is a keen astrologist!
Frederica is an Asset Manager in our Welwyn office. With 4 years’ experience in property management, Frederica brings with her a passion for property and an impeccable track record. Frederica is extremely customer service focused and prides herself on her fantastic attention to detail. Frederica is currently studying the ARLA qualification through Ashtons and loves exploring new countries, cultures and cuisines.
Greg’s vast experience started with Hamptons over 30 years ago and for 18 years, he was an integral part of Ashtons, establishing us as market leaders and developing unparalleled understanding of the area. After an exciting opportunity in Dorset, we were delighted to welcome his energy and drive back in 2019.
Jane is a Viewing Guide in our Harpenden office and loves her role as it combines her two favourite things: property and people! Jane loves that no two viewings are the same and having lived in Harpenden for most of her life, few know the area better than she does. Outside of the office, Jane holds a first-class honours degree in psychology, is a gym enthusiast and loves spending quality time with her young grandchildren.
Jenny joined Ashtons in 2024 with more than 35 years graphic design experience and a focus on marketing roles in recent years. She studied graphic design in her home town of Auckland, New Zealand and fine art in the US. With a passion for painting, her work has recently been exhibited with the Royal Institute of Oil Painters in London and she is represented by local gallery, Thompson’s in Harpenden. Jenny loves to explore new places, enjoys gardening, country walks and photography and has made Hertfordshire her home the past 12 years.
Joe started his property journey with Ashtons over 20 years ago, where he quickly rose to the position of Branch Manager and ultimately Director of Ashtons by 2014. During his time at Ashtons, Joe played an integral part in over 4,000 sales journeys in the Harpenden and Wheathampstead areas and, after four years living and working in New Zealand, we were delighted to welcome him back in 2022. Joe is a true champion of Ashtons’ core values and its people and will continue to support the growth and evolution of the company and the first-class service we offer to our clients. In his spare time, Joe enjoys everything outdoors, with a particular passion for anything golf, cricket and rugby related.
A graduate of Nottingham Trent University, Jonny has a flair for sales and knows what it takes to provide clients with top notch customer service. A true grafter, Jonny uses his passion for helping people and skills at relationship building to make every transaction as seamless as possible and to make every client feel prioritised. Born and bred in Harpenden, he is passionate about giving back to his local area and community. Outside of work, Jonny enjoys all things sports and socialising with friends.
Judy has been a vital member of the Ashtons team for almost six years and currently works as a Viewing Guide in Harpenden. A local resident herself, she knows the area well and demonstrates her devotion to the local community by volunteering for numerous local initiatives.
Karolina is a Weekend Viewing Guide for our Harpenden branch. Karolina lives locally and has an exceptional knowledge for the local area. With a background in customer service, Karolina handles each client with the utmost care and professionalism, consistently delivering a sterling customer experience.
Following a successful career in advertising, Kay joined Ashtons in 2001 and has been a valued member of the team ever since. Kay provides integral support to the Harpenden team, combining exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring a 5-star service is consistently delivered to clients.
Kirsty joined the team in 2020 bringing with her 8 years expertise. She started her career in Manchester where she managed a large portfolio of luxury city centre developments. Kirsty has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of property management, priding herself on giving a friendly service and building long lasting relationships with landlords and tenants. When not in the office, Kirsty enjoys travelling with her family and socialising with friends.
