Alfie became an integral member of our Client Services team in 2024. With a passion for property and an excellent knowledge of the local area Alfie is able to offer invaluable guidance and support to our clients, he thrives on creating lasting relationships whilst guiding clients through what can be a stressful process in life. Away from the office, Alfie is a semi-professional clay pigeon shooter, embarking on his journey at the age of 11 years old, he has gone on to proudly represent his country in international competitions!
Hannah first joined Ashtons back in 2015 and has previously worked with our Sales team and as a Viewing Guide before most recently joining our dedicated Client Services team as Administrator. Hannah’s wealth of experience across different areas of the business and her friendly, warm manner make her a firm favourite with the team and clients alike. As a working mum, in her spare time Hannah loves nothing more than spending time with her family and socialising with friends.
Jamie joined our Client Services team in 2024 after graduating from Lancaster University with a 2:1 in business management. Jamie excels at building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients whilst guiding them through their property journey. Away from the office Jamie enjoys playing football, watching newly released films and socialising with friends and family.
With almost thirty years’ experience in estate agency at all levels, Kevin is our Senior Clients Services Associate and is a Swiss army knife of client services. Kevin works tirelessly to help colleagues be the best version of themselves, living by his motto ‘aspire to inspire before I expire’. When not helping Ashtons' clients on their property journeys, Kevin enjoys watching all sports (especially English and American Football), outdoor experiences such as walking and skiing, and travelling the world.
Niamh joined our Client Services team in 2024, bringing a strong foundation in customer service. She has a passion for connecting with clients, building strong long-lasting relationships and takes pride in providing clients with valuable insights into the full range of services we offer. Her approachable nature and dedication make her an asset to the team. Outside of work, Niamh enjoys socializing with friends and family, reading and unwinding with a good colouring book!
Rob joined our Client Services Department in 2024 after working as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Brocket Hall. Having honed his customer service skills in the hospitality sector and a lifelong Hertfordshire resident he is able to bring his passion for delivering excellent service and extensive knowledge of the area to every interaction with clients. Outside of work, Rob is an avid golfer and football enthusiast and is a dedicated supporter of his favourite team, Manchester City.
Following his success as Sales Coordination Manager here at Ashtons, in 2022, Sam became Client Services Manager, spearheading our newly launched Ashtons Academy, a 12-month training programme for those aspiring for a career in the property industry. Sam will be sharing his 17 years’ experience within the industry with new recruits to the business and providing training and support to those taking part in the programme.
