Harpenden-based Home County Sales & Lettings (HCSL) has just been acquired by Hertfordshire-based estate agency Ashtons, the company’s third acquisition in just fifteen months.
This deal sees HCSL join the Ashtons Group, currently operating with 120 staff in six commuter locations outside of the M25, within the A41-M1-A1 corridor.

The HCSL business will now be based at Ashtons’ High Street office in Harpenden.
This is Ashtons’ third acquisition in little more than a year following Aitchisons Residential in St Albans and Berkhamsted, and Putterills Land and Development Ltd in Hitchin.
